Description

  • Proactively source and qualify borrowers, brokers, and referral partners through outbound calls, follow-ups, and relationship building.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive immediate growth in monthly funding volume and revenue across Direct and Indirect sales channels.
  • Build, expand, and manage a robust network of ISO brokers and referral partners to generate high-volume leads.
  • Manage, coach, and develop the sales team to shift from order-taking to proactive closing and ensure they meet KPIs and revenue goals.
  • Lead deal structuring and risk assessment, including stacking analysis, financial evaluation, and underwriting practices.
  • Manage and lead negotiations to close deals, including complex or challenging transactions.
  • Monitor sales performance data, track KPIs, and analyze trends to refine strategies and optimize team results.
  • Collaborate with underwriting, funding, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of deals.
  • Foster a high-energy, competitive, and results-driven team culture while maintaining ethical and professional standards.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) lending or Alternative Business Lending with demonstrated MCA exposure.
  • 3+ years of experience managing and leading sales teams.
  • Strong personal book of broker/ISO relationships and demonstrated success generating consistent monthly funding volume.
  • Experience with both Direct and Indirect sales channels and proven cold calling, prospecting, and lead generation skills.
  • Hands-on experience with stacking analysis, deal structuring, pricing, and underwriting.
  • Comfortable with productivity monitoring systems and tracking KPIs.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but proven funding success can outweigh formal education.
  • Personal vehicle, laptop, and cellphone, and willingness to travel locally by car as needed.
  • Availability to work primarily U.S. Eastern hours (generally 9:00am–6:00pm ET, Monday–Friday) and thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments.

Benefits

  • USD base salary $100,000–$150,000 (full-time) plus commission on funded loans paid bi-weekly.
