Description

Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams to translate business needs into system solutions.
Analyze, design, and implement systems that support enterprise performance management and financial close processes.
Provide technical, functional, and accounting expertise across Oracle FCC and PBCS/EPM modules.
Configure and support Oracle FCCS consolidation, close, and reporting processes.
Support CRP, SIT, and UAT testing phases and validate results.
Review and validate integration builds during SIT and UAT.
Work with finance and accounting stakeholders to confirm business process alignment.
Troubleshoot issues related to metadata, rules, data loads, consolidations, and reporting.
Document configuration decisions, test results, defects, and deployment readiness.
Support cutover, deployment, stabilization, and go-live readiness activities.

Requirements

Experience with Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools such as Hyperion, Oracle EPM, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with Financial Close and Consolidation (FCC) processes.
Strong business analysis skills with the ability to elicit, document, and manage requirements.
Technical experience with configuration, customization, and implementation of EPM systems.
Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work between business and technical teams.
Ability to analyze complex business processes and propose effective solutions.
Experience with data integration and reporting tools is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, information systems, or a related field.
Must be a resident of Colombia or Argentina with the right to work in the country of residence.
