Description

  • Partner with Account Executives on technical discovery calls and customer evaluations.
  • Lead demos and Proof of Concepts (POCs), including technical walkthroughs and lightweight prototypes.
  • Explain how Firecrawl turns messy web data into structured, LLM-ready outputs for customer workflows.
  • Debug integrations and answer complex API questions live during sales conversations.
  • Collect and synthesize field feedback to help prioritize the product roadmap.
  • Improve API documentation and create sample projects to speed up adoption.
  • Develop technical enablement materials such as demos, blog posts, and internal resources.
  • Serve as the technical voice of the customer across Sales, Product, and Engineering.
  • Support customer onboarding and technical training initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or engineering.
  • Strong coding proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
  • Comfort working directly with APIs.
  • Ability to debug integrations and build prototypes independently.
  • Experience supporting developer-focused or API-based products.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex architectures clearly.
  • Proven ability to operate in fast-paced startup environments.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering.
  • Self-starter mindset with high ownership and urgency.
