Description

  • Reactivate existing CRM contacts through outbound calling campaigns.
  • Contact event attendees, open house visitors, online leads, and past contacts with relevant updates and invitations.
  • Nurture leads through consistent, multi-touch phone follow-up.
  • Qualify prospects by understanding their buying or selling plans, timelines, and valuation interest.
  • Schedule strategy calls and home consultations with real estate agents.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, call notes, lead statuses, and follow-up tasks.
  • Provide agents with clear summaries of qualified leads and their needs.
  • Manage objections and build relationships through engaging conversations.

Requirements

  • Professional fluency in English and Spanish, including strong verbal and written communication.
  • Previous experience in sales, inside sales, appointment setting, or customer service.
  • Confidence making outbound calls and building rapport with diverse contacts.
  • Strong active listening and conversational guidance skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, contact management, and accurate recordkeeping.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain consistent follow-up.
  • Proactive and persistent approach to lead reactivation and objection handling.
  • Experience supporting a real estate team preferred.
  • Familiarity with the U.S. real estate market, HomeLight, or similar lead sources preferred.
