Description

  • Own the strategy, design, and delivery of global enablement programs for Post-Sales (Support & Advanced Services) from onboarding through ongoing upskilling and strategic initiatives.
  • Translate product updates and architectural changes into field-ready technical requirements, implementation playbooks, troubleshooting guides, API summaries, and health-check checklists.
  • Act as the technical liaison between Post-Sales leadership, CTO/technical implementation teams, Product, Product Marketing, content creators, and AI/tooling teams to define content and lab scoping needs.
  • Lead and facilitate key enablement sessions, create presentation materials, and engage directly with field audiences to deliver technical training.
  • Manage the lifecycle of post-sales knowledge assets by reviewing, refreshing, and retiring documentation to keep implementation and support materials current and accurate.
  • Drive operational alignment with Operations, Strategic Programs, CTO, and Post-Sales leaders to standardize best practices and improve efficiency and consistency across global teams.
  • Measure and iterate on enablement effectiveness using support ticket data, implementation success metrics, and field feedback to reduce escalations and improve technical proficiency.
  • Project-manage cross-functional initiatives and ensure critical enablement projects move to completion, balancing program management and hands-on content creation as needed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Technical Enablement, Post-Sales customer engagements, or Technical Program Management within a fast-paced, high-tech B2B environment.
  • Mandatory advanced knowledge of cloud security principles, implementation architecture, and post-deployment troubleshooting.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting or enabling Professional Services, Technical Support, or Customer Success Architecture teams.
  • Proven ability to consult, influence, and drive decisions with senior leadership and executives.
  • Strong program management skills with attention to detail and experience managing multiple complex, cross-functional projects and timelines.
  • Ability to translate technical product specifications and architectures into field-consumable materials (implementation playbooks, troubleshooting guides, configuration SOPs).
  • Exceptional collaboration skills to partner effectively with Product Management, Technical Enablement, Operations, and Post-Sales leadership.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for audiences ranging from individual contributors to executives.
