Description

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Technical Account Managers, providing technical and strategic guidance to ensure delivery of exceptional service to customers in your region.
  • Oversee and develop regional TAM operating practices and ensure consistent, high-quality customer engagement and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Renewals, and Marketing to create and execute strategic account plans that drive customer retention and growth.
  • Program-manage account escalations to ensure timely, well-coordinated resolution and clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Maintain up-to-date functional and technical knowledge of the Wiz platform and continuously monitor emerging cloud security threats and ecosystem developments.
  • Help customers develop Success Plans that outline goals and KPIs, measure customers’ achievement of those KPIs, and report results internally and externally.
  • Identify and address technical issues impacting customers and collaborate with Engineering and Support to resolve technical escalations quickly and efficiently.
  • Advocate for customer needs across departments, communicate availability of new features, and ensure customer feedback informs product and support decisions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience as a Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, or in a related customer-facing technical role.
  • 3+ years of experience managing technical customer-facing teams.
  • Practical understanding of cloud services, cloud architectures, and security best practices.
  • Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and associated security considerations.
  • CSP-level certifications preferred (examples: Certified Solutions Architect, Certified DevOps Engineer).
  • Proven track record of mentoring and managing high-performing technical teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field, or equivalent experience.
  • Applicants must have the legal right to work in the country where the position is based without the need for visa sponsorship.
