Description

  • Provide customers with expert guidance on deployment and operational best practices and assist in establishing a Wiz Center of Excellence.
  • Contribute to and run customer-facing sessions to help customers unlock the full value of the Wiz platform (training, adoption workshops, etc.).
  • Monitor dashboards for risk signals and partner with account teams to deliver targeted, reactive interventions on a case-by-case basis.
  • Lead sessions addressing adoption barriers, collect feature requests, analyze usage patterns, and coordinate technical support.
  • Develop proactive, one-to-many strategies and scalable resources (knowledge articles, webinars) that address patterns across customers.
  • Drive out risk in the account base by increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and fostering customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Support teams to resolve technical escalations quickly and efficiently.
  • Advocate for customer needs cross-functionally with Product Management, Support, and other teams.
  • Facilitate escalations for complex or technically challenging issues and provide insights on new Wiz features.
  • Work with Sales and Renewal teams to secure contract renewals and identify opportunities to expand Wiz usage across customer organizations.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in technical customer-facing roles (e.g., Technical Account Manager, Professional Services, Solutions Engineering, Technical Support, Customer Success Engineer).
  • B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field, or equivalent experience.
  • Willingness to learn cloud and cybersecurity technologies.
  • Understanding of cloud services, architectures, and security best practices.
  • Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and associated security considerations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and drive resolution.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Legal right to work in the country where the position is based without the need for visa sponsorship (this role does not offer visa sponsorship).

  • US base pay range: $97,600–$108,800 (starting compensation depends on experience, skills, and location).
