Description

  • Plan, launch, and manage high-ROAS paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
  • Write persuasive sales copy that drives clicks and conversions.
  • Run A/B tests on ad creatives and landing pages to improve performance.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with the Paid Media Manager and cross-functional teams on campaign execution.
  • Work with design, content, web, and marketing teams to create cohesive campaigns.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Professional fluency in English.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
  • Strong marketing knowledge and ability to write persuasive sales copy.
  • Experience with Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or other platforms is preferred.
  • Google Ads certification is preferred.
  • Meta Ads certification is preferred.
  • Google Analytics certification is preferred.
  • Must be available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM ET with at least 7 hours of overlap.
