Description

  • Upload and curate multimedia content and handle day-to-day social media interactions and inquiries.
  • Research audience profiles, engagement patterns, industry trends, competitor activity, and marketing insights.
  • Develop or oversee content calendars, campaign schedules, and posts across social platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on content development, strategy, and promotional initiatives.
  • Moderate conversations, build rapport with the brand audience, and manage customer reviews and feedback.
  • Research influencers, compatible products, and businesses to support partnership opportunities.
  • Write social media copy such as captions and descriptions for posts.
  • Assist the Ad Manager with implementing social media advertising campaigns.
  • Handle general administrative tasks and other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field or a certified course in marketing or business.
  • At least 2 years of experience in social media or a related field.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, at least B2 level.
  • Solid organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in layouts, graphics fundamentals, typography, and print/web design.
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software.
  • A compelling portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative projects.
  • Ability to work on a graveyard shift.
  • USB headset with noise cancellation feature.
  • Working webcam.
  • Computer with at least a 1.8 GHz processor and 4 GB RAM.
  • Main internet connection of at least 25 Mbps via cable, plus a backup connection of at least 10 Mbps.
