Description

  • Identify customer problems and drive product decisions, specifications, prototypes, and delivery.
  • Collaborate with engineering, QA, and design teams to launch products successfully.
  • Write detailed, engineering-ready specifications covering edge cases, failure states, data constraints, integrations, and acceptance criteria.
  • Create rapid prototypes using Figma, Claude, Lovable, or similar tools.
  • Interpret API documentation and reason about data models, integrations, OAuth, webhooks, and system constraints.
  • Conduct hands-on QA to validate delivered features against customer needs and quality standards.
  • Engage directly with customers, gather feedback, resolve challenges, and prioritize improvements.
  • Challenge stakeholder decisions with reasoned arguments to maintain product integrity and focus.
  • Close feedback loops and convert customer input into actionable product changes.
  • Lead product initiatives in fast-moving startup environments with limited resources.
  • Use customer behavior, adoption, revenue, retention, and efficiency metrics to identify improvements.

Requirements

  • 3–8 years of hands-on product management experience in B2B SaaS, AI, or related fields.
  • Experience taking products from inception to market with measurable outcomes.
  • Proficiency writing detailed product specifications and defining QA processes.
  • Experience with prototyping tools such as Figma, Claude, or similar.
  • Technical fluency in API documentation, system integrations, data models, OAuth, and webhooks.
  • Strong communication skills for articulating product vision and collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Ability to manage customer relationships and turn complex feedback into actionable insights.
  • Experience owning meaningful product areas in fast-paced startups.
  • Strong prioritization, decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with AI agents, LLM products, healthcare software, EHR/PMS/RCM, scheduling, voice or telephony, desktop/mobile products, and third-party integrations is preferred.
  • Knowledge of customer success metrics and methods for influencing them is preferred.
