Description

  • Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the AI sales tech product.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to gather needs, feedback, and post-launch insights.
  • Work with design and engineering teams to translate requirements into actionable tasks.
  • Conduct market research to identify sales tech trends, opportunities, and competitor offerings.
  • Prioritize features based on customer feedback, business goals, and product performance data.
  • Own the product lifecycle from conception through launch and ongoing iteration.
  • Create and maintain product documentation, requirements, and use cases.
  • Coordinate product launches and support go-to-market efforts with marketing.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders on product updates and performance.
  • Support sales teams with training and resources to drive product adoption.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in product management, preferably in the tech or software industry.
  • Experience working with design and software engineering teams.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and the needs of sales professionals.
  • Ability to define and communicate a clear product vision.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with product management tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of AI technologies and their applications in sales (preferred).
  • Experience with agile development methodologies (preferred).
  • Background in sales or a related field (preferred).
  • Familiarity with UX design principles (preferred).
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing (preferred).
