Description

  • Film on-camera short-form and long-form videos for platforms including YouTube, TikTok, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, product pages, and ads.
  • Produce 3–5 polished videos per week across formats such as product tutorials, explainers, UGC-style ads, onboarding videos, and thought-leadership content.
  • Write clear scripts, hooks, and storyboards that align with business goals and trending content formats.
  • Brainstorm new video ideas and creative concepts in collaboration with marketing, product, and sales teams.
  • Edit videos for multiple platforms using tools such as CapCut, Final Cut, Premiere, or similar software.
  • Add subtitles, transitions, animations, screen recordings, overlays, and consistent branding elements to finished videos.
  • Set up and manage basic filming equipment, including lighting, framing, microphone checks, and camera stability.
  • Record screen content while on camera and create content that demonstrates product automations and workflows.
  • Join occasional on-location shoots with clients or internal teams.
  • Help shape the public identity of Wing and sister brands through creative content production.

Requirements

  • Strong camera presence with a confident, friendly, and clear speaking voice.
  • Fluent spoken English that US-based customers can easily understand.
  • Comfortable filming yourself regularly and following scripts.
  • Experience editing videos, either short-form or long-form.
  • Strong familiarity with social media platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, and Reels.
  • Tech-savvy and able to learn software tools quickly, including CRMs, Zapier, Make.com, phone systems, and automations.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to consistently meet weekly content output goals.
  • Background in content creation, influencing, livestreaming, UGC, or on-camera work is preferred.
  • Interest in AI, tech, startups, or business automation is preferred.
  • Experience writing scripts or storyboards is preferred.
  • Familiarity with lighting setups, microphones, and cameras is preferred.
  • Understanding of U.S. culture, humor, and SMB pain points is preferred.
  • Understanding of camera, lighting, and color settings is preferred.
