Description

  • Film on-camera short-form and long-form videos regularly for platforms including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram/Facebook, LinkedIn, product pages, and ads.
  • Produce 3–5 polished videos per week across multiple formats (product tutorials, explainers for SMBs, UGC-style ads, onboarding/how-to videos, sales enablement, and thought leadership).
  • Write clear, engaging scripts, hooks, and storyboards and adapt content to align with business goals and trending formats.
  • Edit videos for multiple platforms using tools like CapCut, Final Cut, Premiere, or similar, including adding subtitles, transitions, animations, screen recordings, and visual overlays.
  • Maintain consistent branding across videos (music, colors, lower thirds, CTAs) and localize delivery to feel authentically American in tone and cultural reference when needed.
  • Record screen demonstrations and show product automations using apps like Zapier, Make, n8n and other B2B tools to illustrate workflows.
  • Handle basic technical setup for filming (lighting, framing, mic checks, stable camera use) and learn advanced techniques to improve production quality.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align content with campaigns and join occasional on-location shoots with clients or internal teams.
  • Proactively propose creative ideas, meet consistent weekly content output goals, and manage content operations with organization and autonomy.

Requirements

  • Strong on-camera presence with a confident, friendly, and clear speaking voice.
  • Clear and fluent spoken English that US-based customers can easily understand.
  • Comfortable filming yourself regularly and following scripts.
  • Experience editing short-form or long-form videos using common editing tools.
  • Strong familiarity with social media platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Reels/Instagram).
  • Tech-savvy and able to learn new software quickly (CRMs, Zapier/Make.com, phone systems, automations, etc.).
  • Proactive, organized, and able to consistently hit weekly content output goals.
  • Full-time availability; willingness to join occasional on-location shoots and coordinate with global teams.
  • Nice-to-have: background in content creation/influencing/livestreaming/UGC, interest in AI/tech/startups/business automation, experience writing scripts/storyboards, and familiarity with advanced camera/lighting/coloring techniques and microphones.
  • Nice-to-have: strong understanding of U.S. culture, humor, and SMB pain points to localize content effectively.
