Description

  • Provide weekly ad-hoc technical SEO consultancy to enterprise clients, answering queries, reviewing implementations, and offering strategic recommendations.
  • Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits covering site health, Core Web Vitals, crawlability, indexing, structured data, and other ranking factors.
  • Plan, support, and execute complex website migrations including domain changes, platform transitions, redirects, URL structure changes, and risk mitigation to minimize ranking disruptions.
  • Advise on and implement technical SEO best practices to improve visibility in AI-driven search results, including AI Overviews, structured data enhancements, and content indexing strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product teams, and content strategists to implement SEO recommendations and resolve technical issues.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot technical SEO issues using tools such as Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, and log file analysis.
  • Drive SEO strategy and innovation by staying ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging AI-driven search features.
  • Translate complex technical SEO findings into clear, actionable recommendations for enterprise stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on technical SEO experience (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise SEO strategies, including large-scale site architecture, crawl optimization, and JavaScript SEO.
  • Proven experience conducting technical SEO audits using tools such as Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, DeepCrawl, Sitebulb, and Google Search Console.
  • Experience planning and executing website migrations, including redirects, URL structure changes, and risk mitigation.
  • Understanding of AI-driven search trends, structured data for AI indexing, and familiarity with Google’s Search Generative Experience (SGE).
  • Proficiency in log file analysis, crawl debugging, Core Web Vitals, and page speed optimization.
  • Basic coding knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and structured data markup (Schema.org).
  • Experience collaborating with development teams and working with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, and headless CMS.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical SEO insights into actionable recommendations for enterprise stakeholders.
  • Nice to have: knowledge of Python for SEO automation and experience with server-side/edge SEO (e.g., Cloudflare Workers, CDN optimization).
