Description

  • Annotate or label text, images, or audio to create training data for AI systems.
  • Evaluate search results, ads, or chatbot responses for quality, relevance, and accuracy.
  • Create, test, and refine prompts to improve large language model performance.
  • Ensure content reflects cultural, linguistic, or industry-specific accuracy for assigned tasks.
  • Review project instructions, timelines, and compensation details and decide which projects to accept.
  • Use digital tools and online platforms to complete tasks and submit deliverables on time.
  • Participate in the Welo Data talent community, complete any required onboarding or qualification tasks, and respond to project invitations.

Requirements

  • Native or near-native fluency in Tagalog.
  • Based in the Philippines.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Comfortable using digital tools and online platforms.
  • Detail-oriented and curious about technology and language.
  • Availability to accept short-term tasks or longer multi-week projects on a freelance basis.
