Description

  • Join the Welo Data talent community and review available projects to accept those that fit your skills and availability.
  • Annotate or label text, images, and audio to help train AI models.
  • Evaluate search results, ads, and chatbot responses for quality, relevance, and accuracy.
  • Create, test, and refine prompts to improve large language model (LLM) performance.
  • Ensure content reflects cultural, linguistic, or industry-specific accuracy and nuance.
  • Follow project-specific guidelines, meet timelines, and complete deliverables to the required quality standards.
  • Use digital tools and platforms provided by Welo Data to complete tasks and submit results.
  • Participate in briefings, training, or quality-assurance activities as requested for specific projects.

Requirements

  • Native or near-native fluency in Serbian.
  • Based in Serbia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, or North Macedonia.
  • Proficiency in English to understand instructions and communicate when needed.
  • Comfortable using digital tools and online platforms (reliable internet connection and device).
  • Detail-oriented, curious, and able to maintain quality and consistency.
  • Flexible availability to take on short-term or longer projects and decide which assignments to accept.
  • Ability to follow project instructions, meet deadlines, and participate in required training or QA tasks.
