Description

  • Review and rate search results using both subjective and objective project criteria.
  • Complete evaluation tasks in Russian according to client conventions and rules.
  • Use your understanding of user intent to assess search quality.
  • Follow project instructions and quality standards closely.
  • Work independently to meet weekly hour goals on a flexible schedule.
  • Communicate with the project management team during business hours when support is needed.
  • Support ongoing AI data development and augmentation through rating tasks.

Requirements

  • Fully proficient in Russian.
  • Strong understanding of English.
  • Must be located in Kazakhstan.
  • Strong understanding of popular culture in Russian.
  • Must be dedicated only to the Search Quality rating program and not to other search or ads rating programs.
  • Must not have current or previous experience with Ads quality rating.
  • Web-savvy and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent online research skills.
  • Reliable computer system and internet connection.
  • Reliable anti-virus software for web-based work.
  • Ability to follow instructions in English and comply with client conventions and rules.
  • Must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement to protect client confidentiality.
  • Must pass learning modules and a required quality test before starting work.
  • Must apply with a Gmail address to meet client requirements.
