Description

  • Provide subjective and objective ratings on search results and other project tasks based on client rules and conventions.
  • Complete evaluation work in Portuguese (Portugal) for a search quality rating program.
  • Use judgment to assess user intent and improve the online search experience.
  • Follow project instructions, conventions, and quality standards provided by the client.
  • Complete learning modules and pass a required quality test before starting work.
  • Work independently on a flexible schedule to meet weekly hour goals.
  • Communicate with project management during business hours when support is needed.
  • Participate in the onboarding process, including registration, assessment, client exam, and verification steps.

Requirements

  • Fully proficient in Portuguese (Portugal).
  • Strong understanding of English.
  • Must be located in Portugal.
  • Strong understanding of popular culture in Portuguese (Portugal).
  • Must be dedicated only to the Search Quality rating program and not other search or ads rating programs.
  • Must not have current or previous experience with Ads quality rating.
  • Web-savvy and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent online research skills.
  • Reliable computer system, internet connection, and anti-virus software.
  • Ability to follow instructions in English and comply with client conventions and rules.
  • Must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement to protect client confidentiality.
  • Must pass learning modules and a required quality test before starting work.
  • Must apply with a Gmail address to meet client-specific requirements.
