Description

  • Review and rate search results using subjective and objective judgments based on project rules and conventions.
  • Complete rating tasks in Portuguese (Brazil).
  • Use an understanding of user intent to evaluate and improve the online search experience.
  • Work independently to meet weekly hour goals on a flexible schedule.
  • Follow client instructions, project conventions, and quality standards in English.
  • Complete required learning modules and pass the client’s quality test before beginning work.
  • Maintain confidentiality and sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement.
  • Coordinate with project management during business hours when support is needed.

Requirements

  • Fully proficient in Portuguese (Brazil).
  • Strong understanding of English.
  • Must be located in Brazil.
  • Strong understanding of popular culture in Portuguese (Brazil).
  • Must be dedicated only to the Search Quality rating program and not other search or ads rating programs.
  • Must not have current or previous experience with Ads quality rating.
  • Web-savvy and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent online research skills.
  • Reliable computer system and internet connection.
  • Reliable anti-virus software.
  • Ability to follow instructions in English and comply with client conventions and rules.
  • Must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement to protect client confidentiality.
  • Must pass learning modules and a required quality test before starting work.
