Description

  • QA various products by accurately following testing instructions and test cases.
  • Adhere to project-specific quality standards, trademarks, style guides, client-preferred checklists, and glossaries.
  • Complete assigned tasks in a timely and high-quality manner.
  • Review and evaluate written and spoken content for services within your linguistic and geographic expertise.
  • Work with international teams to monitor and improve client product quality and partner data integrations.
  • May contribute to content review and creation for Music and TV applications.
  • Make informed judgment calls when navigating ambiguity and changing requirements.
  • Maintain motivation and deliver results on repetitive tasks.
  • Communicate effectively with team members in verbal and written formats.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Korean with native-level language skills.
  • Strong cultural awareness and knowledge of Korean language use and local nuance.
  • Ability to stay focused and motivated through repetitive tasks.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Sharp problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making sound judgment calls.
  • Passion for and knowledge of the film and TV industry.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of local movies, TV shows, music, literature, social media platforms, and cultural sensitivities is preferred.
  • Knowledge of advanced spreadsheet tools and XML is a plus.
  • Ability to work an assigned shift schedule of 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, including possible weekends and holidays.
