Description

  • Review and curate high-volume classical music content using digital music industry guidelines and standards.
  • Manage, aggregate, edit, and connect metadata for large-scale classical and non-classical data projects.
  • Work with project managers to support project delivery and content quality.
  • Maintain strict quality control while researching and applying classical music concepts and terminology.
  • Format and catalog classical music works, movement titles, artists, composers, and ensembles.
  • Contribute to improved user experience through accurate metadata handling and content organization.
  • Use productivity software and database tools to complete data entry and content management tasks.

Requirements

  • Native-level Korean proficiency is required.
  • High proficiency in English is required.
  • Strong command of French, German, Italian, and Latin to understand classical music terminology in context is required.
  • Extensive proficiency in classical music work and movement title formatting and cataloging.
  • Knowledge of classical music genres and periods, from Gregorian Chant to present-day compositions, including solo works and opera.
  • Ability to research and communicate classical concepts effectively while maintaining strict quality control.
  • Highly detail-oriented, able to multitask, and comfortable working in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
  • Proficient with productivity software, including spreadsheets, word processors, and database entry tools.
  • Technical and project management experience is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree and experience working with music metadata and content management are preferred.
  • Practical application of classical music knowledge in entertainment, media, journalism, education, or performance is preferred.
