Description

  • Conduct second-pass quality reviews to verify linguistic accuracy and consistency across batches.
  • Validate and calibrate severity assessments to align with project quality standards.
  • Identify recurring machine translation issues, including error patterns, tone mismatches, and terminology inconsistencies.
  • Provide high-level qualitative feedback for final quality reporting and continuous improvement.
  • Review and refine Hebrew (Israel) customer service content to improve clarity and natural language.
  • Work on intermittent tasks assigned throughout the year based on client needs.

Requirements

  • Native proficiency in Hebrew (Israel) and strong English skills.
  • Experience in linguistic quality review, machine translation evaluation, or localization quality assurance.
  • Strong familiarity with linguistic QA frameworks and error classification.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a quality-focused, analytical mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and provide clear, actionable quality feedback.
  • Freelance availability for intermittent, ad hoc work throughout the year.
  • Experience with customer service content is relevant for this project.
  • Hourly rate: $28.13.
