Description

  • Build and maintain automation scripts and internal lightweight tools to support operations teams.
  • Develop, troubleshoot, and optimize enterprise integrations to enable seamless data exchange.
  • Implement programmatic quality checks to improve data consistency and accuracy.
  • Support the rollout of technical solutions by documenting changes and iterating based on feedback.
  • Build and support integrations between internal systems and third-party tools.
  • Maintain and improve existing workflows as team needs evolve.
  • Write code and solve practical problems that reduce manual effort and scale data processing and management workflows.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of engineering or technical experience; internships and projects count.
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering- or analytics-focused field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficiency in at least one major programming or scripting language such as Python, JavaScript, or C#.
  • Basic understanding of JSON, APIs, and webhooks.
  • Experience with AWS and other cloud platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving instincts and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate efficiently with other engineering teams.
  • Curiosity about AI/ML technologies and a desire to keep learning.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and React is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI-coding tools such as Cursor and Claude Code is a plus.
