Description

  • Follow project guidelines to assess the quality of filters and options in desktop and mobile views.
  • Evaluate whether filters and options help customers make decisions or suggest relevant alternative products.
  • Check whether filters and options match customer queries and preferences.
  • Review assessments for accuracy and consistency before submission.
  • Complete project qualification steps before beginning work.
  • Work on tasks according to project needs and maintain the expected throughput.
  • Apply localization and linguistic judgment to data annotation and data rating tasks.

Requirements

  • Fully proficient in Swedish.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Web-savvy and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferably has prior experience or familiarity with relevance tasks and e-commerce searches or websites.
  • Excellent online research skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Able to conduct thorough research within short time constraints and manage throughput effectively.
  • Reliable computer system and internet connection.
  • Must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement to protect client confidentiality.
  • Must complete a language assessment, training, and mandatory quality test before starting work.
