Description

  • Review content based on defined project guidelines to assess alignment and quality.
  • Evaluate and annotate different types of content using structured criteria.
  • Apply consistent judgment to ensure annotation accuracy and maintain quality across tasks.
  • Follow project guidelines and adapt to guideline updates as needed.
  • Complete assigned tasks within agreed timelines on a flexible, part-time schedule.
  • Participate in onboarding and calibration sessions to align with project standards.
  • Work independently as a freelance contributor while coordinating with the project team when required.

Requirements

  • Native-level proficiency in Hebrew (C2 or equivalent) with strong grammar, fluency, and regional usage.
  • Fluency in English to understand instructions and communicate basic reasoning when needed.
  • Professional experience in localization QA, translation/revision, linguistic tasks, or data annotation for AI/ML systems is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to follow structured guidelines and make consistent decisions.
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across large volumes of work.
  • Comfortable working with evolving guidelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with digital content platforms (music, podcasts, media) is a plus.
  • Availability to commit to the project duration (minimum 2–3 weeks) and expected workload; immediate start preferred.
  • Reliable internet connection and access to a personal computer.
  • Ability to work as an independent freelance contractor in Israel.
