Description

  • Review and grade internet advertisements to evaluate ad quality.
  • Assess how well ad suggestions match user keywords and intent.
  • Work with ads in both English and Lithuanian.
  • Research topics online to support ad rating decisions.
  • Follow project needs and adapt to changing weekly hours.
  • Complete the automated recruitment process and identity checks.
  • Operate as an independent contractor and comply with project agreements.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Lithuania and legally able to work on freelance projects there.
  • Fluency in Lithuanian.
  • Strong written and spoken English comprehension.
  • Comfortable knowledge of modern popular culture.
  • Familiarity with using online search engines.
  • Reliable computer system and internet connection.
  • Able to commit a minimum of 5 hours per week and up to 20 hours per week.
  • Willing to sign a standard Non-Disclosure Agreement and Service Level Agreement.
  • Must not use IP masking tools such as VPNs during the hiring process.
  • Experience with internet browsing, search engines, or ad rating work is preferred.
