Description

  • Provide exceptional customer service via email and phone to resolve client questions and issues.
  • Help clients use Wealthfront products and online tools and guide them to relevant resources.
  • Assess client information and approve fund transfers and related account operations.
  • Collaborate with operations and other internal teams to resolve client issues and escalations.
  • Act as the voice of the customer by identifying, documenting, and highlighting product or process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
  • Explain asset allocation and investment risk profiles to clients in clear, non-technical terms.
  • Analyze investment performance with clients and explain the potential impacts of their risk decisions.
  • Partner with multiple stakeholders, including senior executives, to drive solutions for client needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1+ years of experience in retail banking, wealth management, asset management, and/or fintech.
  • Experience in a client-facing role is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complicated concepts to clients and team members.
  • Ability to partner across teams and with senior executives to resolve issues.
  • Comfortable working independently and learning new concepts quickly.
  • Passion for Wealthfront’s mission and delighting clients.
  • Series 7 and 66 preferred — or must be obtained within 3 months of joining.
