Description

  • Deploy quickly to triage and root cause active in-field issues.
  • Launch features across the onboard and offboard stack to mitigate or resolve behavioral problems.
  • Work within the Intersections/Peds or Service Quality product areas, with occasional support for adjacent areas as needed.
  • Participate as an active member of the Onboard RRG working group and fulfill its responsibilities.
  • Optionally serve as an engineering on-call member.
  • Collaborate with the TLM to improve production monitoring and response capabilities when not handling urgent issues.

Requirements

  • BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • General software engineering experience programming in C++ with robust and efficient code.
  • Ability to collaborate within and across teams.
  • Ability to rapidly ramp up on new codebases and projects.
  • A breadth-first mindset and interest in learning new things and improving them.
  • 5+ years of software engineering experience preferred.
  • Experience with data mining and analysis, including SQL, to collect and analyze data preferred.
  • Familiarity with machine learning systems preferred.

  • Base salary range of $204,000 to $259,000 USD.
