Description

  • Research emerging trends and identify viral content opportunities.
  • Create short-form videos for social platforms.
  • Edit clips for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Write hooks, captions, and post concepts.
  • Help build content systems and workflows.
  • Test new content formats and iterate based on performance.
  • Analyze what content works and what does not.
  • Support content strategy and brand growth from the ground floor.

Requirements

  • Active user of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and X.
  • Strong understanding of current social media trends.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
  • Strong desire to learn and improve.
  • Video editing experience (preferred).
  • Experience running social accounts (preferred).
  • Experience creating short-form content (preferred).
  • Familiarity with CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar tools (preferred).
  • Interest in finance, entrepreneurship, startups, or business (preferred).
  • No marketing degree required.
  • No prior work experience required.
