Description

  • Evaluate AI-generated financial analyses for technical accuracy, completeness, and reasoning quality.
  • Identify factual inaccuracies, unsupported assumptions, logical inconsistencies, and calculation errors.
  • Review financial models, valuation methodologies, and investment analyses produced by AI.
  • Create, review, and refine finance-related prompts, benchmark responses, and evaluation datasets.
  • Apply annotation guidelines consistently while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Provide structured, actionable feedback to improve AI model performance.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Quality Assurance teams, and AI Researchers on evaluation methods.
  • Maintain productivity and quality expectations while working independently in a remote environment.
  • Assess complex financial reasoning with investment banking-level rigor.
  • Support the development and improvement of advanced AI models used in finance.

Requirements

  • Significant practical experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or Transaction Advisory.
  • Expert-level knowledge in one or more areas such as M&A, financial modeling, business valuation, due diligence, capital raising, leveraged finance, private equity, venture capital, or strategic finance.
  • Hands-on experience with financial models such as DCF, LBO, comparable company analysis, precedent transaction analysis, and three-statement modeling.
  • Experience with purchase price allocations, fair value analysis, investment memorandums, deal structuring, pitch books, or CIMs.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. financial markets, SEC filings, public equities, financial statements, capital markets, and market trends.
  • Advanced financial modeling and valuation capabilities.
  • Excellent written English communication skills.
  • Ability to independently evaluate complex financial analyses and articulate technical feedback.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Preferred: CFA, CPA, MBA in Finance, or Chartered Accountant (CA).
  • Preferred: Background in Investment Banking, Big Four Transaction Advisory, Valuation Advisory, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Corporate Development, or Strategic Finance.
  • Preferred: Experience with Bloomberg Terminal, Capital IQ, FactSet, Refinitiv, or PitchBook.
  • Preferred: Experience with AI model evaluation, RLHF, prompt engineering, AI annotation, LLM evaluation, AI quality assurance, or benchmark dataset development.
  • Availability beginning at 6:00 AM PST is required.
  • Must be able to commit to assigned work once projects are released and meet turnaround times.
  • Must complete a required Trial Gig before joining the production project.
