Description

  • Perform structured data and content reviews according to client guidelines.
  • Execute quality checks for grammar, spelling, formatting, and clarity.
  • Apply data labeling, tagging, and basic annotations using step-by-step instructions.
  • Translate short, straightforward phrases and compare translations against provided guidelines when required.
  • Compare data against provided guidelines and flag errors, inconsistencies, or quality issues.
  • Follow client workflows, instructions, and standard operating procedures for each task.
  • Maintain accuracy and high language quality standards and incorporate feedback to improve performance.
  • Complete short, guideline-driven tasks quickly and reliably to support high-volume delivery.

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in the required language(s) (C1/C2 or equivalent) with ability to read and write the language(s).
  • Comfortable working on structured, guideline-based, entry-level (L1) tasks and meeting high language quality standards.
  • Reliable computer or laptop and a stable internet connection.
  • Willingness to work flexibly with intermittent and irregular hours; some workflows may align with IST (Indian Standard Time).
  • Acceptance of freelance, task-based engagement and ability to work as an independent contractor (classification varies by location: U.S. 1099, non-U.S. via Deel).
  • Completion of required onboarding and compliance documentation prior to starting work.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and incorporate feedback to improve accuracy and throughput.
  • Prior experience in data entry, content review, QA, or similar is preferred but not required.
