Description

  • Perform structured data and content reviews following provided guidelines.
  • Execute quality checks for grammar, spelling, formatting, and clarity.
  • Apply data labeling, tagging, and basic annotations using step-by-step instructions.
  • Translate short, straightforward phrases and compare translations against guidelines when required.
  • Flag errors, inconsistencies, or out-of-guideline content and report findings.
  • Follow client workflows, instructions, and feedback to maintain consistency and improve performance.
  • Complete high-volume, standardized tasks on a first-come, first-served basis as work becomes available.
  • Maintain accuracy and quality standards while working within defined turnaround times and intermittent hours.

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in the required language(s) (C1/C2 or equivalent), able to read and write accurately.
  • Must understand and accept this is a task-based freelance/contractor role (no guaranteed minimum hours).
  • Reliable computer or laptop and a stable internet connection.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured guidelines precisely.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and incorporate feedback to improve performance.
  • Prior experience in data entry, content review, QA, or similar roles is preferred but not required.
  • Availability to work irregular or intermittent hours; project hours may align with IST depending on workflow.
  • Completion of required onboarding and compliance documentation prior to starting (onboarding via Deel for non-U.S.; Volga payroll for U.S.).
  • Ability to engage as an independent contractor (U.S.: 1099; non-U.S.: contractor via Deel) as determined by location and local compliance.
