Description

  • Perform structured data and content reviews following detailed client guidelines.
  • Execute quality checks for grammar, spelling, clarity, and formatting.
  • Apply data labeling, tagging, and basic annotations using step-by-step instructions.
  • Translate short, straightforward phrases when required by the workflow.
  • Compare data against provided guidelines and flag errors or inconsistencies.
  • Follow client workflows, instructions, and task-specific checklists.
  • Maintain accuracy and established quality standards on high-volume tasks.
  • Incorporate feedback to improve performance and task outcomes.

Requirements

  • Advanced language proficiency (C1/C2 or equivalent) in the required language(s), including reading and writing.
  • Ability to work as a freelance/independent contractor (U.S.: 1099; Non-U.S.: independent contractor via Deel).
  • Reliable computer or laptop and stable internet connection.
  • Comfortable with flexible, intermittent, task-based work and no guaranteed minimum hours.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured guidelines.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and incorporate feedback.
  • Complete required onboarding and compliance documentation prior to starting.
  • Availability to align hours with IST workflow requirements when needed.
  • Prior experience in data entry, content review, QA, or similar is preferred but not required.
