Description

  • Perform structured data and content reviews according to client guidelines
  • Execute quality checks for grammar, spelling, formatting, and clarity
  • Apply data labeling, tagging, and basic annotations using step-by-step instructions
  • Compare data and content against provided guidelines and flag errors or inconsistencies
  • Translate short, straightforward phrases when required by the workflow
  • Follow client workflows, instructions, and project-specific quality standards
  • Incorporate feedback to improve accuracy and performance over time
  • Complete high-volume, guideline-driven tasks on an intermittent, task-based basis

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency (C1/C2 or equivalent) in the required language(s) and ability to read and write them accurately
  • Willingness to work on entry-level, task-based freelance assignments with no guaranteed minimum hours
  • Reliable computer or laptop and stable internet connection
  • Comfortable with flexible, intermittent hours and potential alignment with IST workflow timing
  • Ability to follow detailed guidelines and maintain strong attention to detail
  • Willingness to complete onboarding, provide required documentation, and comply with contractor classification (1099 for U.S. candidates; Deel/independent contractor for non-U.S. candidates)
  • Interest in AI, data, or language technology (preferred)
  • Prior experience in data entry, content review, QA, or similar roles (preferred, not required)
