Description

  • Perform structured reviews of language data and content for grammar, spelling, clarity, and formatting.
  • Execute quality checks and validation against client guidelines and workflows.
  • Apply data labeling, tagging, and basic annotation according to step-by-step instructions.
  • Translate short, straightforward phrases and compare translations/data against provided guidelines where required.
  • Flag errors, inconsistencies, and quality issues and document findings per workflow.
  • Follow client workflows, maintain accuracy and consistency, and incorporate feedback to improve performance.
  • Manage high-volume, repetitive tasks in a guideline-driven, execution-focused environment.

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in the required language(s) (C1/C2 or equivalent); must be able to read and write in those language(s).
  • Comfortable working on structured, guideline-based, entry-level (L1) tasks and following detailed instructions.
  • Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy and consistency.
  • Reliable computer or laptop and stable internet connection.
  • Willingness to work flexible, intermittent hours; project hours may align with IST depending on workflow.
  • Understand and accept that this is a task-based freelance engagement with no guaranteed minimum hours.
  • Ability to complete onboarding and compliance documentation prior to starting (U.S. workers onboard via Volga Partners payroll; non-U.S. workers onboard via Deel).
  • Prior experience in data entry, content review, QA, or similar is preferred but not required.
  • Interest in gaining experience in AI, data, and language operations and willingness to learn and adapt.
