Description

  • Analyze datasets and translate raw data into actionable insights that support business improvement efforts.
  • Handle data batches, apply labeling techniques, and manipulate data according to project requirements.
  • Review training data quality, identify issues or anomalies, and implement corrective measures to maintain data integrity.
  • Provide translations and contextual understanding to align data with language and cultural nuances.
  • Offer recommendations to improve business processes and outcomes based on data analysis.
  • Research and analyze data for various entities, tools, and datasets introduced through on-the-job training.
  • Work on assigned tasks as they become available and respond to task notifications through WhatsApp, email, or Slack.
  • Collaborate within a first-come, first-served freelance workflow and complete work during IST-aligned hours.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and/or speaking English and Swiss German.
  • Must be able to read and write in Swiss German.
  • Must be comfortable with a task-based freelance role with irregular or intermittent work.
  • Availability to work in IST time zone, preferably starting from 8am IST.
  • Must have own device such as a laptop or desktop.
  • Must have reliable high-speed internet and a good Wi-Fi connection during working hours.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in typing and writing.
  • Strong logical reasoning and analytical skills for interpreting complex datasets.
  • Experience with data labeling, data manipulation, or quality assurance is preferred.
  • Certification as a Linguist is a plus.
