Description

Analyze datasets and turn raw data into actionable insights that support business improvement.
Handle data batches, apply labeling techniques, and manipulate data according to project requirements.
Review training data quality, identify issues or anomalies, and implement corrective measures to maintain data integrity.
Provide translations and contextual language support to ensure alignment with Swedish and English nuances.
Offer recommendations to improve business processes and outcomes based on data analysis.
Transcribe and annotate audio or video files according to project guidelines when transcription work is assigned.
Work on tasks as they become available in a first-come, first-served freelance format.
Communicate and complete assignments through the client’s onboarding and task-notification platforms.

Requirements

Proficiency in Swedish and English, including reading and writing; speaking is also considered a plus.
Must be comfortable with a task-based freelance role with irregular and intermittent hours.
Must have reliable high-speed internet and good Wi‑Fi during working hours.
Must have a functioning personal device such as a laptop or desktop computer.
Availability to work in IST, preferably starting from 8am IST onward.
Strong logical reasoning and analytical skills to interpret complex datasets.
Experience with data labeling, data manipulation, quality assurance, or related fields is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying data quality issues.
Strong computer skills, particularly in typing and writing.
Certification as a linguist is a plus.
Experience with transcription is helpful and should be noted in the application.

Compensation of USD $9.00 to $13.00 per hour.
Flexible task-based schedule ranging from 0 to 20 hours per week.
