Description

  • Facilitate event booking requests from corporate partners and the account management team.
  • Manage daily communications with nonprofit organizations to confirm booking details.
  • Coordinate event details and changes with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communicate with corporate partners to collect event-level information needed for execution.
  • Draft room layouts, suggest floor plans, and prepare event-level execution materials.
  • Collaborate on event production tasks including event hosts, calendar management, booking confirmations, and scheduling logistics.
  • Train, onboard, and prepare the on-site events team.
  • Maintain feedback loops with cross-functional teams and identify process improvements.
  • Identify risks and propose solutions to keep events successful and on schedule.
  • Monitor and process incoming Shopify orders, ensuring accurate fulfillment handoffs and timely issue resolution.
  • Identify order fulfillment issues, shipping errors, inventory mismatches, and returns through internal reporting workflows.
  • Serve as a liaison between internal teams and the fulfillment partner, tracking order status and sharing updates with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in event management, preferably with large-scale events.
  • Experience coordinating and managing communications across multiple projects at once.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Experience working in customer success or a client-facing role.
  • Proficiency in English; a second language is a plus.
  • Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong desire for growth and learning, with an interest in industry and management trends.
  • Passion for the company mission and using technology to make an impact.
  • Temporary 3-month contract with potential to become a long-term role in Vietnam.
  • Availability for up to 40 hours per week, with working hours from 12 pm - 9 am GMT+7 and adjustments based on team meetings.
