Description

  • Shape strategic product positioning based on market and industry trends and influence the product roadmap.
  • Translate product features and functionality into clear business value propositions for customers.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Delivery, and Digital teams to create and execute effective marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and update sales and marketing materials including presentations, competitive battle cards, objection-handling frameworks, and differentiation messaging.
  • Position product packages and pricing models for different customer segments.
  • Create buyer personas for complex, multi-sided solutions in the pharmaceutical domain.
  • Define and implement go-to-market strategies for new product launches, platform expansions, and market entries.
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry experts, analysts, and pharmaceutical marketing leaders.
  • Participate in preparation of RFPs and tender proposals with a focus on strategic positioning.
  • Analyze marketing campaign results and provide recommendations for optimization.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager in B2B within life sciences, pharma, or biotech domains.
  • Deep understanding of ICP definition, customer segmentation, and the Jobs-to-Be-Done concept.
  • Proven experience in competitive positioning with measurable impact on sales.
  • Ability to convert customer, market, and competitor insights into clear value propositions.
  • Experience launching products or executing GTM strategies in B2B enterprise or mid-market segments.
  • Hands-on experience leading go-to-market initiatives for new products or features.
  • Experience collaborating with brand, content, and demand teams to ensure unified messaging.
  • Strong understanding of the full B2B funnel (MQL, SQL, pipeline, revenue) and the PMM role in revenue growth.
  • Experienced in cross-functional interaction with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
  • Analytical, data-driven decision-making approach and English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
