Description

Design conversational, agent-driven user experiences within established product patterns.
Define how insights are presented in conversation and guide users from questions to decisions.
Create clear user flows, interface states, and high-quality screens with Product Managers.
Build and maintain designs using the design system and component library; identify gaps and inconsistencies.
Develop Figma or AI-tool prototypes to validate design rationale and complex interactions.
Participate in UX reviews of product features, agent responses, generated UI, and layouts before release.
Present design work and rationale to designers, product managers, and engineers, then iterate on feedback.

Requirements

1–4 years of product design experience.
Proficiency in Figma for well-documented designs and prototypes.
Portfolio with 1–3 case studies or completed projects demonstrating individual contributions.
Strong visual, interaction, and UX design skills, including hierarchy, spacing, and interface states.
Solid UX, UI, accessibility, and WCAG fundamentals.
Experience working within design standards and design systems.
Ability to communicate, explain, and defend design decisions; openness to feedback and reflection.
Experience designing data-dense, analytical, or enterprise software interfaces (preferred).
Exposure to AI or LLM-powered products, conversational UI, or agentic workflows; comfort using tools such as Claude and Figma Make (preferred).
Working knowledge of front-end concepts, including components, tokens, states, and responsive behavior; eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance is preferred.
