Description

  • Make outbound calls to members to explain Vida’s program and encourage enrollment using motivational interviewing and rapport-building techniques.
  • Handle inbound calls to conduct assessments, answer service questions, and support program enrollment based on members’ interests and health goals.
  • Assist members with app navigation, general inquiries, and status updates related to prior phone or email interactions.
  • Deliver professional, empathetic, and efficient member support while educating members on relevant Vida program offerings.
  • Accurately document all member interactions and resolutions in the Member Services system while maintaining HIPAA confidentiality requirements.
  • Resolve member concerns by identifying solutions, escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments, and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Follow company protocols and healthcare compliance standards while addressing objections and providing clear, reassuring information.
  • Support ad hoc Member Services projects such as training updates, peer sessions, team meetings, scripting improvements, and quality monitoring.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current on service skills and industry best practices.
  • Meet and exceed inbound and outbound KPIs and complete other assigned duties as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2–3 years of experience in customer service or a call center role, preferably in healthcare.
  • Fluent in verbal and written English and Spanish.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and active listening abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM and ticketing systems.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, member-focused environment.
  • Strong Wi-Fi connectivity for a remote-first work environment.
  • Availability for a 3-month seasonal role with possible extension based on business demand and performance.
