Description

  • Lead the direction of product initiatives and drive execution on impactful solutions.
  • Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to define scope, priorities, and problem statements.
  • Create user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to test with customers and end users.
  • Conduct interviews, research sessions, and data analysis to generate insights into customer and user needs.
  • Design across the full UX and UI spectrum and iterate quickly based on feedback.
  • Hand off designs to engineering and support implementation.
  • Collaborate with other designers and product teams to ensure alignment with system foundations and a coherent ecosystem.
  • Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Contribute to improvements in design team processes, culture, tools, and the design system.

Requirements

  • Experience leading projects independently and driving work forward.
  • Strong research skills and an innovative mindset.
  • Ability to lead and collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align design strategy with business goals and user needs.
  • Experience using data to inform design decisions and familiarity with metrics related to user engagement and retention.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
  • Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-changing environment.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience designing data-heavy SaaS products is a plus, especially in the fraud or identity space.
  • Prior experience in B2B is preferred.
