Description

Create detailed swimming pool and spa design documentation, including technical drawings, installations, specifications, and material selections using Revit and AutoCAD.
Collaborate with clients and project stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and cost-effective.
Develop innovative and functional designs that enhance outdoor spaces and user experiences.
Work closely with clients and contractors to produce comprehensive designs that align with safety standards and aesthetic preferences.
Stay current on industry trends and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into design projects.
Present design concepts and supporting project materials to clients and stakeholders.
Manage multiple projects independently while meeting deadlines.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in swimming pool and spa design for the U.S. or Canadian market.
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Ability to create and present a portfolio showcasing previous designs and projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Experience with U.S. local regulations and safety standards related to pool and spa construction is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Fluency in English is required.
