Description

  • Own the technical vision and long-term architecture for complex, high-impact systems.
  • Write production-ready code and lead projects that deliver meaningful business impact.
  • Mentor engineers and help raise the standard for design, abstractions, and scalable patterns.
  • Solve challenging technical problems in orchestration, data flow optimization, and AI-first infrastructure.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives across engineering, product, and go-to-market teams.
  • Align stakeholders around a shared technical roadmap and guide major technical decisions.
  • Unblock teams and resolve architectural escalations in fast-moving, high-stakes situations.
  • Build and improve enterprise features such as identity and access controls, dashboards, usage metering, and billing.

Requirements

  • 7 to 10+ years of experience shipping production systems in high-growth, high-scale environments.
  • Deep technical experience with cloud-native systems across AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Strong understanding of cloud security fundamentals, including IAM, least privilege, secrets management, and data protection.
  • Hands-on experience designing and operating authentication and authorization systems, including OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, JWT, RBAC, and ABAC.
  • Experience integrating with enterprise identity providers and directory services such as LDAP, Active Directory, and SCIM.
  • Experience in Kubernetes-based or cloud-native environments.
  • Proven track record of leading major technical initiatives, mentoring engineers, and shaping team culture.
  • Strong communication and leadership presence.
  • Bonus: experience in AI/ML systems, unstructured data, or real-time pipelines.
  • Bonus: expertise in Kubernetes, IaC, or scaling SaaS infrastructure.
  • Bonus: background in security, privacy, and risk management, including auditability, encryption, masking, tokenization, and compliance with GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and SOC 2.
  • Bonus: startup experience in fast-moving environments.
