Description

  • Own and continuously evolve the core messaging and positioning for Unstructured.
  • Translate product capabilities into value propositions and technical narratives for developers, data engineers, and enterprise decision-makers.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, white space opportunities, and differentiation levers.
  • Own the voice of the customer and incorporate buyer feedback into positioning and content strategy.
  • Partner with Product Managers to shape feature launch strategy, positioning, and messaging from early development stages.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Product to translate the technical roadmap into externally facing communications.
  • Work with Sales and Customer Success to gather feedback from technical buyers.
  • Create and maintain technical marketing assets such as datasheets, solution briefs, whitepapers, demo scripts, battlecards, and presentations.
  • Produce technical blog posts, product update writeups, and release announcements.
  • Deliver internal enablement through product walkthroughs, competitive briefings, and objection-handling materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Data Science; MBA or advanced technical degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical product marketing, solutions engineering, technical evangelism, or a related role for a software product.
  • Deep familiarity with ETL pipelines, LLMs, data infrastructure, or developer platforms.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated success marketing technical products.
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous, highly collaborative startup environment.
