Description

  • Develop, plan, and execute monthly content calendars aligned with business priorities, seasonal trends, and marketing campaigns.
  • Create, edit, and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, blogs, and EDMs, and repurpose blog content into email snippets for campaigns.
  • Write and produce high-quality blogs that educate residential and commercial clients on painting services, trends, and project insights.
  • Collaborate with painters, project managers, leadership, and designers to produce storytelling, visual content, and project showcases.
  • Assist in designing visual assets, including graphics, before-and-after project highlights, and campaign visuals.
  • Support SEO strategy with keyword-driven, well-structured blog content to improve content-led ranking.
  • Manage and optimise weekly email campaigns (Mailchimp or similar), including audience segmentation, scheduling, automation, and engagement tracking.
  • Publish and monitor social media content, respond to engagement, coordinate paid and organic campaigns, and drive inbound leads.
  • Optimise marketing funnels and generate automated lead flows across email, website, and social platforms, and analyse campaign performance to adjust strategy.
  • Maintain a library of marketing materials, case studies, and visual assets, and provide creative input to continuously improve brand storytelling and content quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in content management, digital marketing, or social media roles.
  • Strong writing skills across blogs, EDMs, social posts, and project-based content, with a portfolio of relevant work.
  • Experience with Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms for campaign management and automation.
  • Proven ability to plan, schedule, and execute monthly content calendars and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to optimise marketing funnels and drive automated lead generation.
  • Experience managing LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook for business.
  • Working knowledge of SEO principles and content-led ranking strategies.
  • Ability to collaborate with designers, creatives, and operational teams to produce high-quality content.
  • Design proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools is highly desirable; highly organised with strong attention to detail.
