Description

  • Interpret between English and the assigned native language for a US client during night shift support hours.
  • Work from home and provide coverage aligned to Pacific Time Zone peak hours.
  • Maintain interpreter support without handling escalations or providing resolutions.
  • Complete one month of provided training before starting regular duties.

Requirements

  • Native speaker of one of the following languages: Mandarin, Cantonese, Thai, or French.
  • Fluent in spoken English and Mandarin or Cantonese.
  • Able to read and write Mandarin or Cantonese at a basic level.
  • Willing to work a permanent night shift.
  • Able to work 9-hour shifts, 5 days per week.
  • Entry-level candidates are eligible.
  • Must have home internet service from Time.com, Maxis, Unifi, or Yes broadband; Streamyx is not acceptable.
  • One month of training is required and includes a training allowance of RM 4,300.

Benefits

  • Salary from RM 4,800 to RM 5,200 per month.
  • Hourly pay rate of RM 30.00.
  • One month training allowance of RM 4,300.
  • 14 days of paid sick leave.
  • 12 days of annual leave.
  • Paid replacement leave.
