Description

  • Monitor critical clinical and healthcare application systems to ensure production stability and issue resolution.
  • Perform hands-on development and code modifications in .NET and SSIS as needed.
  • Support incident resolution for production issues and time-sensitive operational workflows.
  • Oversee SLA-critical batch processing and interfaces across early-morning through evening operations.
  • Partner with business groups, compliance, and customer-facing teams to drive issue resolution and system improvements.
  • Guide offshore production support teams supporting clinical, PHM, and MCO application ecosystems.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to diagnose technical problems and resolve data integration issues.
  • Create and maintain SOPs and support structured operational procedures.
  • Report issues, risks, and status updates clearly to leadership.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a role that combines technical and functional responsibilities.
  • Hands-on experience with SSIS, .NET, and C# for code modification and troubleshooting.
  • Experience in production support and incident resolution.
  • Understanding of batch interfaces, data integrations, ETL pipelines, and real-time system interactions.
  • Strong SQL skills and solid analytical thinking.
  • Excellent communication skills for reporting to leadership and working with business stakeholders.
  • Experience guiding onshore and offshore staff.
  • Experience working in structured SDLC and Agile environments.
  • 7+ years working with healthcare technology platforms.
  • Ability to be available any time from 7am to 10pm while jobs are running.
  • Azure Cloud experience is highly preferred.
