Description

  • Analyze LLM visibility and Share of Voice to improve Twilio’s presence in AI search and answer engine optimization (AEO).
  • Create feedback loops across teams to drive enablement, operational consistency, and storyline alignment for emerging channels.
  • Support the strategy, data ingestion, and modeling needed to build and maintain brand measurement components.
  • Develop a cohesive narrative by combining disparate data sets into clear measurement reporting.
  • Build frameworks that increase experimentation adoption and bring rigor to incremental measurement of marketing initiatives.
  • Support Media Mix Modeling (MMM) and Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) initiatives to assess channel impact on sign-ups, SQLs, and activations.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for executive audiences.
  • Own enablement efforts for emerging channels and communicate KPIs, accomplishments, and cross-team collaboration across marketing.
  • Partner closely with global marketing analytics, Brand, Demand Gen, PR, Content, and Developer Network teams.
  • Guide budget allocation using measurement findings across marketing channels.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in statistical analysis, experimentation, and/or scenario planning.
  • Strong understanding of SEO and emerging AI Search (AEO/GEO) landscapes.
  • Experience running or interpreting advanced measurement frameworks such as Incrementality, MMM, and MTA.
  • Hypothesis-driven mindset with the ability to test assumptions and distill insights from complex marketing data.
  • Interest or experience applying AI-driven solutions to analytics workflows.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to clean, trustworthy data.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent collaborator with experience managing stakeholder projects end to end.
  • Experience supporting stakeholder functions such as Brand, PR, Social, Content, and Demand Generation, preferred.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau and Looker Studio, preferred.
  • Experience with modeling concepts such as ROI, LTV:CAC, and payback, preferred.
  • Interest or exposure to fraud monitoring tools and processes, preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and analytics data integrations, preferred.
  • Remote role based in Alberta, British Columbia, or Ontario, Canada.
  • Approximately 15% travel required.
