Description

  • Define, build, and execute the product roadmap for the foundational services, APIs, and developer infrastructure behind Twilio Flex.
  • Lead the evolution of Twilio Flex into decomposable, AI-native components aligned with Twilio’s platform strategy.
  • Own roadmap execution and operational oversight for the consolidated Flex Product Management team.
  • Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers, fostering technical rigor, continuous learning, and high performance.
  • Improve the customer and developer experience through better APIs, SDKs, documentation, and tooling.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Design, and Go-to-Market teams to deliver scalable Flex capabilities.
  • Serve as a key leader for the Twilio India site and partner with senior leadership in Bangalore.
  • Guide product direction for features, UI, APIs, and the Agentic approach across the Flex ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience, including at least 4 years managing platform or infrastructure-focused product teams.
  • Proven experience developing and managing platform products such as APIs, developer tools, and cloud-native infrastructure.
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to discuss architectural trade-offs, scalability, and distributed systems with engineering teams.
  • At least 5 years of experience working on multi-tenant SaaS and cloud platforms.
  • Experience in the Contact Center (CCaaS) or Customer Engagement Platform (CEP) space.
  • Demonstrated ability to hire, manage, and mentor Product Managers.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Familiarity with Voice AI, Agentic frameworks, and AI use in contact center products is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively across time zones with globally distributed teams is preferred.
  • Role must be based remotely in India, specifically Karnataka, TamilNadu, Maharashtra, Delhi, or Telangana.
  • Occasional travel may be required for project or team in-person meetings.
